Looking for an effective core exercise?
Ok, this core exercises are not for everybody, but if you are looking for a very effective core strength exercise, you do not need any equipment: your own body weight, 2 small towells and the right surface and you are ready for extreme core and shoulders strength and stabilization.
If you are already well conditioned, doing crunches is not effective anymore; you need some challenging exercises like these ones.
